Slight leakage may occur due to imperfections in the recycled parts and is normal, but larger leaks are not and GGF should be contacted to arrange repair or replacement. Every component of your Green Gold Filter is repeatedly inspected and tested prior to sale.
Failures caused by abuse are not covered under warranty. Abuse may constitute physical damage such as breakage, crushing, overpressure, cuts, corrosives, fire, weather and the like; as well as misuse such as attempting to filter flour or similar -laden oil, chemicals other than WVO or WMO, or particulates larger than can pass through the provided inlet, or when not used as directed.
Opening the filter in any way will void the warranty.
This is the only warranty. None other is made or implied.
Note: Vegetable Oil, Motor Oil, or any other substance filtered with Green Gold Filters Company’s products are to be used at owners/users discretion. Green Gold Filters Company makes no representations or claims as to how end users will use, or the fit for use, of their filtered material for any purposes.

Returning used filter for warranty inspection:
1. Drain excess oils out of filter before packaging. Turn outlet downward and drain into source container or other container for use or disposal. (This may take 1-2 days.)
2. Pack filter into original shipping box from purchase. Insert filter with top upwards.
3. Attach return label from original shipping order.
4. Follow all hazardous mailing instructions from your mailing service.
5. Close box securely with mailing tape.
6. Purchase mailing service and return to address above.
7. Upon return and inspection of filter, GGF will credit your account on your next filter.

If you do not have the original packaging and label to return your filter, you may acquire one from your mailing service provider.
Be sure to follow the shipping instructions above, as well as the following;
1. Mark which end is up.
2. Mark “Handle with care, hazardous liquids inside, do not tip over!”.
